How Pricing Works
Synoveo plans are based on your property size, measured in units. The unit formula accounts for different property types:
- Private rooms (hotels, B&Bs) = 5 units per room
- Dorm beds (hostels) = 1 unit per bed
- Vacation rental listings = 10 units per property
For example, a 3-room bed and breakfast uses 15 units and fits in the Solo plan at $29/month. A 6-room B&B uses 30 units and fits in the Starter plan at $49/month.
Plans range from $29/month (Solo, up to 15 units) to $199/month (Business, up to 300 units), with an Enterprise option for larger properties.
Every plan includes the full platform. There are no feature gates -- you get room management, channel distribution, a booking website, Google listing management, and all operational tools on every plan. The only difference between plans is the number of rooms or units you can manage.
