Synoveo plans are designed around property size, not feature gates. Every plan includes the full platform -- rooms, rates, channels, direct booking website, Google listing management, and guest operations. The only difference is how many rooms, beds, or rental units you can manage.
How Pricing Works
Synoveo measures property size in units. The unit formula reflects the revenue potential of different accommodation types:

The formula:
Total Units = (Private Rooms x 5) + (Dorm Beds x 1) + (Vacation Rentals x 10)The unit system ensures fair pricing. A 30-bed hostel and a 6-room B&B generate similar revenue potential, so they both fit in the same plan at the same price.

The Solo plan is perfect for single properties and tiny bed and breakfasts just getting started.

Mixed Properties (Hostel with Private Rooms)
Use the formula to calculate your total:
Example: A hostel with 10 dorm beds and 1 private room:
- Dorm beds: 10 x 1 = 10 units
- Private rooms: 1 x 5 = 5 units
- Total: 15 units -- Solo plan ($29/mo)
Example: A hostel with 20 dorm beds and 4 private rooms:
- Dorm beds: 20 x 1 = 20 units
- Private rooms: 4 x 5 = 20 units
- Total: 40 units -- Growth plan ($89/mo)
How to Subscribe
Open Plans Page
In the Synoveo console, go to Settings > Subscription, or navigate to the Plans page from the getting-started checklist.
Select Your Plan
Choose the plan that matches your property size. The console will show you how many units your current setup requires.
Enter Payment Details
You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment information.
Synoveo accepts:
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Monthly billing
- Automatic renewal
Confirmation
After payment, your subscription is active immediately. You can start connecting booking channels and distributing your property.
Changing Plans
Upgrading
You can upgrade at any time from Settings > Subscription. When you upgrade:
- The new plan is effective immediately
- You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
- Your higher unit limit takes effect right away
Downgrading
You can downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle:
- The lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- Make sure your current unit count fits within the lower plan's limit
- If you have too many units for the lower plan, you'll need to remove rooms or units first
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my plan's unit limit?
You can't add more rooms or units beyond your plan's limit. The console will let you know when you're approaching the limit and suggest an upgrade.
Can I try Synoveo before subscribing?
Yes. You can create an account, connect your Google listing, and explore the console for free. You'll need a paid plan to connect booking channels and accept reservations.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All plans are subscription-based with no setup fees, contracts, or hidden charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the console. Your data remains available until the end of your billing period. After that, your property stops distributing to channels but your data is preserved.
